Official HOLOSUSTAIN kick-off on 14/06/2019

At the project’s official kick-off meeting on 14 June all project’s partners were represented. Partners presented in turn their respective organizations and work capacities & priorities regarding sea cucumber resources. The fruitful discussion that took place further was mainly focused on the definition of the common working framework and best management & communication strategies for the project, the project’s logo and webpage design. A next follow-up meeting of the consortium was agreed upon, to take place in December 2019.

The next issue of the HOLOSUSTAIN newsletter is officially released

2nd edition of FAO's guide on "Commercially important sea cucumbers of the World” has now been published and a new "Technical note" summarizing the knowledge of North Atlantic sea cucumber C. frondosa
